UORSY SH2 Domain Modulators

SH2 (Src Homology 2) domains are protein-protein interaction domains, which consist of sequence-specific the phosphor tyrosine-binding amino acid modules.1 Over one hundred SH2 domains presented in numerous signaling pathways are reported.2 Modulation of SH2 has a range of perspective due to their role in diseases.3 For the creation of our SH2 domain modulators library, we utilized molecular docking. All known SH2 domains were initially clustered into 8 groups. For each group, a centroid was determined and a collection of our in-stock compounds was screened against 8 centroids in silico.

UORSY SH2 domain modulators library is available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data is provided.
