SH2 (Src Homology 2) domains are protein-protein interaction domains, which consist of sequence-specific the phosphor tyrosine-binding amino acid modules.1 Over one hundred SH2 domains presented in numerous signaling pathways are reported.2 Modulation of SH2 has a range of perspective due to their role in diseases.3 For the creation of our SH2 domain modulators library, we utilized molecular docking. All known SH2 domains were initially clustered into 8 groups. For each group, a centroid was determined and a collection of our in-stock compounds was screened against 8 centroids in silico. After selecting molecules with the best score, we prepared the resulting library of 2,426 compounds.
UORSY SH2 domain modulators library is available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data is provided.
