G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) represent large family of protein receptors. GPCRs act as a second messenger system in a wide array of cell types. GPCR ligands comprise one of the most represented classes of drugs occupying more than 40% of all prescription pharmaceuticals. Despite this fact, the necessity of new starting points for searching GPCR ligands has remained. Our GPCR modulators were selected from UORSY lead-like compounds using ligand-based approach. Additional filtering to remove PAINS, toxic, and “overused” substances was performed.
Physicochemical profiles of UORSY GPCR modulators:
200<MW<500; 1<HbA<7; 0<HbD<5; -2<logP<5; 0<RotBonds<8; TPSA<170.
UORSY GPCR modulators are available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data is provided.
