Multiple re-exploration of the similar screening compound libraries has lead us to an assumption that a library of unique, yet unexplorable molecules could be an effective tool for early stage drug discovery.
For creating the library, we took structures, which:
have never been ordered before;
have favorable physicochemical profiles;
lack close analogues in the purchasable chemical space (8 million);
lack overused motifs.
This design afforded 3 sets of unique compounds containing 30,000, 10,000 and 1,000 having no close analogues in the purchasable space:

UORSY Unique Compound library is available as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data are provided.
