UORSY selected fragments

Applying to UORSY general fragments more strict criteria based on the recent reports^1,2 and in-house findings, we created “cream of the crop” library of fragment-like molecules that comply with Astex “Rule of Three”, PAINS- and “overused” motifs-free, and are highly dissimilar to the commercially available fragments (Figure 1).

Physicochemical profiles of UORSY selected fragments:

140<MW<230; HbA≤3; HbD≤3; logP≤3; RotBonds≤3.

UORSY selected fragments are is available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by ¹H NMR; analytical data is provided.
