For the creation of our Agrochemical library, we have combined 2 approaches: picking popular agro-like motifs and performing similarity analysis to the known agro-active reference sets.
The popular motifs include:
compounds containing more than four F or Cl atoms
S-containing aliphatic and aromatic cycles
Oxo-azoles/azolines
O-containing aliphatic heterocycles
Activated Cl
Cyclopropanes
Branched aliphatic chains
“undesirable” drug moieties (oximes, carbamates, cyanamides, thioureas, etc.)
Physicochemical profiles of UORSY agrochemical library:
UORSY agrochemical library is available as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data are provided.
