“Escape from Flatland” concept means library enrichment with entities having high fraction of sp3-hibridized carbon atoms, in order to increase molecular complexity, solubility, and permeability, and decrease toxicity. Implementing the literature-based1 parameters and our internal structural and physicochemical filters, we created a library of compounds based on unique saturated cores.

200<MW<350; HbA≤8; HbD≤4; -1<logP<3; 0.4<Fsp3<1; RotBonds≤7; 10<TPSA<120; 14<HAC<26.
UORSY saturated compounds are available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data is provided.
