Legacy Screening Collection

Our screening compound library comprises over 1.2M compounds. This collection has resulted from our 15 years efforts in supporting drug discovery through high-throughput screening. We offer the compounds assembled from the in-house made building blocks utilizing the developed and thoroughly optimized reactions including popular in medicinal chemistry amide bond formation, arylation and alkylation. In the collection design, we have widely exploited a convergent synthesis approach that furnished high diversity of the chemical structures.

More than 85% of our compounds have drug-like physicochemical profiles, and more than 35% – lead-like profiles.

We also offer three diverse sets of screening compounds that cover broad chemical space:

• 10k
• 5k

The diversity increases from the largest to the smallest set. Each library is filtered from Pan-Assay Interference and “boring chemistry” substances to ensure its quality.

UOrSy screening libraries are available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by ¹H NMR; analytical data is provided.
