Virus defending is one of the most challenging problems in medicine. Many antiviral agents have been investigated during last decades allowing to extensively developing drug discovery approaches to target viruses. But many virus-associated problems have remained unsolved.
For our antiviral library, we selected compounds with lead-like profiles using ligand-based approach. To ensure high quality of the library, we applied PAINS filtering and “overused” substances removal.

UORSY antiviral library is available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by 1H NMR; analytical data is provided.
