UORSY Ion Channel Modulators

Ion channels are the basics of cell life. As a consequence, modulation of ion channels has been an important field of drug discovery making targeted libraries useful tool to reduce expenses of high-throughput screening. Our Ion Channel modulators were selected from UORSY lead-like stock using a ligand-based approach. To ensure quality of library, we additionally filtered out PAINS, toxic, and “overused” substances.

UORSY ion channel modulators are available in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks in any customer-preferred format: as powders, dry films or DMSO solutions formatted in vials, 96 or 384-well plates. All compounds have a minimum purity of 90% assessed by ¹H NMR; analytical data is provided.
