Selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) are a class of androgen receptor ligands, which possess advantages of specificity and selectivity of action.
To create our SARMs library we performed the analysis of literature data and generated a database of more than 20 000 structures with SARMs-related activity. All structures were divided into 5 clusters according to main chemotypes. Flexible molecular docking against known structures, utilizing our in-stock compound collection, was performed. Final filtering to remove undesirable moieties gave a set of 594 compounds.
